Our stay was lovely. The unit is very nice however it was quite dusty and dirty upon arrival. The management company corrected it very quickly. Upon arrival, we didn’t realize there are 2 lobbies to the building. We checked in at the first one and then quickly realized the unit isn’t in that particular vestibule so we had to walk back out and walk down a couple more doors to the next lobby “B”. The location is superb. I was worried about the street noise from the tram but when your windows are closed you barely hear it. If your windows are open, it does rumble however it wasn’t bothersome for us. The unit comes with extreme basics like bath towel and hand towel. There aren’t any shower cloths to use. Nor is there basic toiletries. There is also no dish soap to wash a couple dishes. They provide a kitchen sponge with a dishwasher Pod for the machine. Pillows should be renewed as they’re very flat. The washer/dryer was confusing and didn’t dry our clothes entirely. But would stay again!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit top Lage. Lediglich der Eingang ist etwas schwer zu finden. Dann waren noch ein paar Teller etwas dreckig. Der Rest war top. Die Lage sensationell in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Top Tiefgarage. Wohnung schön gestaltet und sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Very clean apartment. The apartment has everything you need. It’s very pleasant to be there, everything in the apartment is thoughtful and quiet. Everything is new and in good condition. Highly recommend. P.S. If you are normal height or taller, beware of the lamp on the ceiling near the TV. You'll hit your head about 10 times, and sometimes you can get up off the couch and put it right on your head.

Miejsce super na szybki wypad do stolicy. W nocy nie ma możliwości spać z otwartym oknem ponieważ jest bardzo głośno od ulicy ale to nie wina właścicieli. Mieszkanie czyste, wygodne aczkolwiek małe. Zdjęcia oddają wrażenie że miejsce wydaje się duże ale nie jest takie duże w rzeczywistości i raczej 3 osoby to tak maks. Kontakt z agencją szybki i miły. Polecam.

Miejsce czyste, ładne, nowoczesne. Duży plus za możliwość skorzystania z miejsca parkingowego w hali garażowej, chociaż podczas naszego pobytu nie było chipu i musiałem wychodzić przez bramę garażową. Pobyt był przyjemny. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko metro.

We asked for a frying pan and we were told it would be delivered next morning, but we didn’t receive it. Overall the stay was good. Area was good, neighborhood was good, clean place.

Hyvä sijainti, lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin ja ilmastointi suuri plussa kuumalla säällä. Varaus lyhyellä aikavälillä onnistui hienosti. Keittiön varustus oli aika pieni mutta sai siinä aamupalan valmistettua. Sänky ei ollut kovin mukava mutta loppujen lopuksi hyvä majoitus.

Ein schönes, helles Appartement, das für die geringe Größe gut eingerichtet ist. Viel Stauraum und ein Balkon. Dazu ein großer Tiefgaragenparkplatz und Fahrstuhl. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr neu und macht einen guten Eindruck. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer Haupstraße und es ist 24/7 extrem laut, egal ob man das Fenster zu oder auf hat. Das Vibrieren der Straßenbahn spürt man ständig, dazu Sirenen und Autolärm. In der Küche fehlen leider einige Kleinigkeiten, sodass man diese schwer nutzen kann. Dazu ist manches schon locker und abgenutzt, auch im Bad. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir fragten nach einem Wäscheständer und nach ein paar Stunden später war er da.

When it comes to some basic, particular need, there were too many agency representatives, but quantity hasn't been transformed into quality. The representatives were not really helpful and haven't showed their readiness to assist, moreover, tried to play down in order to dismiss my requests (for listed items that were not available).

Bardzo fajny apartament, świetna lokalizacja. Samo mieszkanie czyste, zadbane. Na duży plus garaż podziemny. Blisko do pałacu kultury czy starówki. Gorąco polecam! Na pewno wrócimy :)

Lokalizacja w centrum 10 min pieszo do starego miasta, w nowym budynku z ochrona. Miejsce postojowe w hali podziemnej. Mieszkanie na 4 pietrze z winda. Bardzo czyste. Posciel swieza, z.magla. mieszkanie uradzone z gustem. Cieple . Blisko do srodkow transpor:. metra.,autobusu, tramwaju. Podczas kolejnego pobytu w Warszaiw chetnie ponownie sie tu zatrzymamy.

Bardzo ładne, zadbane mieszkanie w super lokalizacji. Spełniło wszystkie oczekiwania. Wygodne, czyste i wystarczająco wyposażone dla komfortowego pobytu dla 3 osób. Dobra dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej oraz wielu ciekawych miejsc do odwiedzenia. Chętnie polecimy to mieszkanie znajomym wybierającym się do Warszawy.

Ładny i czysty apartament, super lokacja... Polecam. Wspomnę tylko, że w mieszkaniu nie było żadnych artykułów spożywczych typu herbata, kawa, przyprawy, więc warto się zaopatrzyć jeśli takie rzeczy są Tobie potrzebne. Przydałaby się też ścierka w kuchni, płyn do ręcznego mycia naczyń i mała suszarka do naczyń.

Супер удобна локация до стария и новия град. Всичко е на пешеходно разстояние. Нов блок с охрана. Апартаментът е дизайнерски обзаведен и има всичко необходимо. Безплатен паркинг. Домакините отговарят много бързо и са много отзивчиви. Супер е!

We arrived earlier and the host let us in. Instructions were clear and direct. Everything was clean, simple. The apartment was near the city centre, great for a quick stay!

We had a great stay, I would totally recommend staying at this place! The apartment was just as described, very new and modern. The location is great as it is very close to the old town as well as other sites with nice restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. The hosts were very kind, they really made sure we had a pleasant trip.

Apartment was in a really good are. There was check in time 16:00 with self check in. We were supposed to arrive late at night, but we arrived for check in time 16:00 and the apartment wasn’t evencleaned. There was trash everywhere. When i texted the owner they said that they know that apartment wasn’t cleaned and they didn’t clean it for actual check in time because we were supposed to arrive later. When there is a check in time 16:00 written in description, then apartment should always be ready for this time, even when guest arrive later. Overall communication and problem solving was also bad. Our car broke down in parking lot and we asked their help but they didn’t also do anything.

Przepiękny apartament. Bardzo blisko Starego Miasta. Czyste i nowe wnętrza, niesamowicie komfortowe. Łatwe zameldowanie, jasne instrukcje. Bardzo duży plus za parking w budynku. Serdecznie polecam!

Prachtig luxe appartement in het midden van Warschau, oude centrum op ~6 minuten lopen. Alles was modern, luxe en brandschoon. De badkamer was ruim en gemakkelijk. De keuken was inclusief oven en vaatwasmachine dus zelf koken kon ook. De host reageert snel en is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het balkon was ruim en in het gehele appartemet was genoeg ruimte om tot rust te komen. Geld dubbel en dwars waard!!
