Уютна квартира з усим необхідним для перебування. Тихе місце з приватною територіюєю. Велика кухня та великий гарний обідній стіл

Отличная квартира, находится в спальном районе, рядом два больших ТЦ, огромный парк с озером, подойдет как для самостоятельного отдыха, так и с детьми. В квартире есть все необходимое. Все было комфортно, спасибо.

Квартира отличная. Большая. Все как заявлено на фото и в объявлении. Огромный минус этой квартиры в том что она была грязная. Пыль в шкафах, грязная кухня. Плита, холодильник. Пыльные подоконники. Если поменять клининг то будет все отлично. Хозяин отвечает сразу на смс. Организация четкая.Огромное спасибо за сервис

взагалі, все добре - гарне розташування, в квартирі є все необхідне, тихо та затишно. Були зауваження до дрібниць, які можна виправити: проблеми з замком на вхідних дверях, не працюючий годинник (пробували замінити батарейки, але не допомогло), пил під диваном (прийшлось прибрати самостійно, так як під диван потрапляли дитячи іграшки).

The apartment is nice, location is great, near amazing park, with stores around. But, future guests, BEWARE: NO MICROWAVE INSIDE. This would have been a deal breaker for me had i noticed this on the listing, but i hadn't. Still i'm annoyed such apartments still exist. Because , as you expect an apartment to have a toilet and a refrigerator you expect the microwave. I dont understand why they included a coffee machine(which did not work for me), but not a microwave. Besides this other small things annoyed us: A laundary machine, but no powder for it, a dishwasher, but no capsules for it, no towel/sponge for the kitchen and other small staff lacking. Instructions for coffee machine (and other devices) missing. Laundary machine had a big leak of water which i reported, but was told it would not be fixed during our stay. Some guy unexpectedly knocked on our door saying it was electricity checked, but i was not informed in advance at all. Overall good apartment,which is not managed well

The location was perfect for me for work reasons. It is in a quiet, green, but generally well-connected area of town. Communication was easy, and helpful. However, I would advise conducting more thorough cleaning between individual guests, as stains in the kitchen and the bathroom seemed to go unnoticed. I asked for extra cleaning after the first day, and Homeprime was very responsive and provided it, still, the cleaning was not so thorough.

I have stayed at the place for 10 days and it was a really good place and location, apartment was clean. the host/homeprime is very responsive to the queries.
