The apartment is very large, spacious and well located. It is very well equipped. The kitchen does not have an extractor fan and therefore if you want to use it you have to open the window. This is a bit annoying especially when the outside temperature is -1 degree. The two beds in the room on the corner of the street have the wooden slats of the bed frame unattached and you may accidentally throw some of them on the floor. Taking these two things out is a very good option if you are looking for quality-price in the center of Warsaw.

The flat is spacious and comfortable. One bedroom for a couple separated from a bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is extremely spacious and we can really cook meals there. The bathroom has one toilet. And there is a separated additional toilet. The location is great because you're close to several tramway lines and several buses one too. The very center of the city with the biggest train station is 10 minutes far on foot only. You have a mall just behind this station. The only drawback was the level of cleaning. After long conversations, the host accepted to send a person to complement the cleaning process and to refund the fees connected to these services.

Idealna lokalizacja, przystanek tramwajowy pod domem, 1 przystanek od dworca centralnego. Winda w budynku, osiedle zamknięte plus ochroniarz. Byliśmy w 6 osób, było sporo miejsca. Minusem był tylko jeden klucz, skrzypiąca podłoga (szczególnie w nocy), w jednym z łóżek wypadały listewki z dna łózka. Na plus byl szybki kontakt z gospodarzami gdy pojawiła się usterka ze spłuczką.

Super Wohnung für 4 - 5 Personen. 6 Personen werden aber eng von dem 1nem Doppelbett. Sonst alles super!

Our family had a great time here. The location is perfect. We could easily walk to the center area or catch the bus / tram to farther locations like the Old Town and the Castle Square. I was especially happy with how responsive our host was. We were in a hurry, and within minutes of requesting a booking the host accepted our request and sent detailed instructions on how to check in. The space was large and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

+ Das Apartment war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Wir durften auf Nachfrage sogar schon um 14 Uhr einchecken. Der Balkon war sehr geräumig, mit Efeu bewachsen und sehr gemütlich. Allgemein war es recht ruhig, sehr zentral gelegen und trotz allem waren wir mit der Lage und dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zufrieden. - Auf manchen Möbeln und an den Wänden waren Flecken, in vielen Ecken lag noch Staub. Es war allgemein etwas staubig. Unter der Sitzbank im Flur lag noch eine Creme. Eine Steckdose in einem der Schlafzimmer (das mit dem Doppelbett und dem einzelnen Bett) war nicht mehr richtig gesichert und die Kabel waren zu sehen. Wir haben diese Steckdose aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht benutzt. Leider gab es für 6 Personen und 7 Tage Aufenthalt viel zu wenig Toilettenpapier (einlagig) und nur einen Müllbeute. Nach 3 Tagen haben wir selbst eingekauft. Leider gab es keinen zweiten Schlüssel, auch auf Nachfrage, was die Organisation mit 6 Personen mit verschiedenem Alltag schwierig gestaltete.

This flat is quite spacious with two wide bedrooms and a big living room. The kitchen a place where you can have meals and it contains both the dish washer and the washing machine. Otherwise, the flat is well located because very close from the city center and from different types of public transportations. The hosts of Homeprime are always responsive and friendly. I recommend this flat.

El apartamento es muy bonito y espacioso. Éramos cuatro personas y tuvimos suficiente espacio. Todo funciona muy bien, se encuentra en una zona muy céntrica muy cerca de la estación principal. El balcón es una maravilla y el patio interior da mucha tranquilidad. Una de las habitaciones da a una calle muy concurrida y puede ser que se escuchen los coches demasiado. Una de las sabanas estaba tenía manchas viejas y uno de los baños no estaba impecable pero igualmente estaba todo bastante limpio. Ha sido un placer quedarse en este apartamento.

Good location, the apartment looks the same as on the pictures. Even though it was cold outside, it was super warm inside. The host is super proactive and communicative. The only issue that we've faced is cleaning. There was a little bit dusty inside, but I've said that to the host, and they promised to fix it! Other than that, everything was cool, worth it.

Abbiamo fatto l’ultimo dell’anno in 5 amici. Appartamento pulito, più grande di come sembra nelle foto e dotato di ben due bagni, che per noi sono stati utilissimi. Cucina dotata di tutto e salotto spazioso. A 1km dalla stazione centrale e a qualche km dal centro antico della città ma dotato di molti servizi di trasporto. Host sempre pronto a rispondere e gentile. Super consigliato!

What you see is what you get - a spacious, clean and cosy apartment. On top of that well located. Good transport links and plenty to see and do within walking distance. Hosts always available. We enjoyed it a lot.

Stayed with 6 adults, the place was very spaceous, more than enough chairs/tables/closets for everyone. Clear instructions so check in could be done independently. Place was not cleaned thoroughly enough, underneath the beds and closets there was some garbage. No toilet brush, dishwashing brush or other cleaning equipment available unfortunately, we would have liked to keep the place more tidy but couldn't really. Other than that the place was nice and met our demands!

very nice place, there were just not a lot of towels or kitchen paper. We had to buy our own toilet paper too (there was only 1 roll) and nothing was provided for washing the dishes. It was a nice stay over all, just some minor details

Everything was great! We loved the place, Appartament is clean, lots of towels, clean sheets! It was comfortable with the child, kitchen has all you need! Location is just next to the city centre! Highly recommend!

This apartment was large and in a perfect location to walk to the city center and old town. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. It would have been helpful to have some additional paper towels - toilet paper - cleaning supplies and coffee ( there were a few coffee pods for Nespresso machine )and towels as we were a group of 5 staying for 12 nights. The location was superb and any questions were answered very quickly. We would stay again for sure.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé Très bonne communication avec le loueur Résidence sécurisé et très calme Seul chose à savoir pas de volets mais cela est normal en Pologne. Cela surprends au début La chambre côté rue plus bruyante que côté cours mais cela est normal Appartement Très propre à l’arrivée ainsi que le li he de lit Je recommande sans hésiter

We have asked for small towels and a floor towel for the bathroom, but only bath towels were provided according to the policy of the owner. We also asked for one more single duvet cover, to have each person its own, but they never brought any, though they said they do so. Sorry about this.

The flat is really spacy and we liked especially the kitchen that provided everything we needed. The flat was clean and our hosts even provided some more coffee pads, toilet paper and dish washer tabs on the third day after we contacted them. The accommodation is located in the centre of the city and really close the Technical University of Warsaw, which was very convenvient for us. Unfortunately, one bed was really uncomfortable and was already missing some parts of its slatted frame. I would recommend to the hosts to replace the bed frame soon. A minor thing was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that came from the shower drain. In general, we really liked the accommodation and can recommend it.
