Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, w centrum, super baza wypadowa do znieważania i wędrówek po centrum, samo mieszkanie mniej okazałe niż na zdjęciach i wymaga już nieco odświeżenia ale spoko się sprawdza jako nocleg :)

Très bon appartement, propre et assez grand pour 4 ! Malheureusement les ventilateurs ne marchaient pas, seul hic du séjour. Je recommande quand même !

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja w samym centrum, bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, bardzo łatwe samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie (skrytka/sejf na klucze). Pełne wyposażenie, również na nieco dłuższy pobyt. Mieszkanie było czyste. Dobry, stabilny internet, więc można bez problemu popracować przy stole. Super, że mieszkanie posiada wannę. Duża lodówka. Z minusów: przydałaby się np. solniczka i pieprzniczka (tego na podróż raczej się nie zabiera :)), troszkę więcej torebek herbaty, zapasowe gąbki, ścierka kuchenna. Okna nie są zbyt szczelne, więc hałas z ulicy jest dość odczuwalny. Niektóre elementy wyposażenia były mocno zużyte np. szafki jakby miały się rozpaść, urwany jeden stolik nocny, mocno zużyte i zacinające się żaluzje z pourywanymi pałąkami do zasłaniania. Trochę brakowało gniazdka/przedłużacza właśnie przy stole do pracy - na szczęście udało mi się sięgnąć zasilaczem do szafki RTV. Ogólnie pobyt był bardzo w porządku, a te drobne minusy nie wpłynęły na moje zadowolenie :)

The apartment was in excellent location. Host gave us very precise instructions. However apartment could have been cleaner, the dishes were dirty and little flies were coming out of the sink. It was very hot in apartment and ventilators didn’t help. The air was stuffed when we entered this place. Overall it was comfortable and spacious.

The locality was great and super easy to get around the city with plethora of public transportation options. And a nice word document of getting to the apartment with the do’s and don’t were a great help. The only negative part was the sofa bed in the living room was not in a very good condition.

The place is nice and location is very convenient. But when i checked in, there was strong smell of smoke inside, smoke leaves in the trash bin and a lot of smoke ash on the balcony. The host quickly provided help with reducing the smell.

It was a great place to stay. If you want peaceful place on the center of Warsaw, then it’s definitely the right place. Very active and responsive host!

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, mniej niz 10 min spacerkiem do Palacu Kultury, mnostwo lokali gastronomicznych w okolo. Mieszkanie posiada wszystko na krotki i dluzszy pobyt, polecam i wroce jak tylko bede w Warszawie.

Overall the flat was a beautiful property. The agency was friendly. However the property from first glance looked nice the attention to detail was slacking a bit. The table and chairs to eat dinner at was nearly falling apart. I tried to tightened the screws but was unable to. I placed my food down and the whole table nearly rocked over. So we were made to sit on a sofa to eat every meal which was a bit of a pain. The bed frame was also very loose and squeaked every time you rolled over which disturbed our sleep a fair bit. We were woken up every morning between 6:45/7:30 due to a neighbour doing DIY on their property, banging, drilling. I did speak to Homepride who were apologetic but was unable to do anything about it due to the quiet hours only being between 10pm and 6am. I think with a little more attention to detail the place would be a lot better.
